As is common at this time of year many of us write our New Year’s Resolutions, however, the unfortunate fact is that most of us abandon the goals that we set at the beginning of the New Year by January 15th of that same year, but why is that? To answer this question Daniel and Pouya sit down to discuss goal setting that lasts so that we can keep all of our resolutions and realize them in the fullness of time.
