How many times have you set a goal for yourself just to see nothing happened after a few months? The truth is that you cannot achieve your goals, you can only come up with a series of habits that once repeated often and long enough would lead to the achievement of your goals.

Fuzzy logic is an approach to computing based on "degrees of truth" rather than the usual "true or false" (1 or 0) Boolean logic on which the modern computer is based.  It is a form of many-valued logic in which the truth values of variables may be any real number between 0 and 1 both inclusive.

Your conscious mind is capable of processing no more than seven bits of information at a time but your subconscious mind knows no such boundaries  as it is receiving input 24/7 from all of your senses and as thus is influencing you in the process.
